The Windseeker Heights (風見の丘, Kazami no Oka?) are ruins on the northwestern shore of Quatera Island. Due to their location and elevation above the forest, they offer a good view of Zemeth Island and the Grana-Vallis Mountain.
The monument on top of the ruins contains an indentation where the Wyvern Medaille can be inserted. Doing so reveals the entrance to the Ruined City of Kishgal.
There are no enemies at the Windseeker Heights.
