Ulvar (ウルヴァル) is a veteran shipbuilder of the Balta Seaforce.
Though stern-faced with a sarcastic bite, his skills are undeniable, with maintenance over all Norman ships anchored at Balta Island falling under his sole responsibility.
He is also in charge of maintaining the Sandras, helmed by Adol and Karja, and develops a clumsy, but sincere rapport with Cruz, who dreams of being a shipwright.
