- Sophia (ソフィア) is an inhabitant of Port Rimorge. She is the daughter of a Romun nobleman, but since her father refused to let her marry Gazel, a Romun gladiator, she eloped with him and they ended up on the Canaan Islands.

Sophia was in love with the gladiator Gazel, but as her father refused to let them marry, Sophia urged Gazel to elope with her. Gazel accepted and the two later got sucked into the Great Vortex and have since been living in Port Rimorge. They had a daughter called Shea together. She mentions that she has no regrets about fleeing from Romn, since she could live with the man she loved.
