Segram is one of the Five Tribes of Altago who worships the Flame Dragon Angue-Barl. Its people are referred to as Segramites. They live in the southwestern region of Altago where it is surrounded by the fiery desert which is inhabited by deadly titanos. There is a distinct darker shade in skin pigment for the segramites which is noticeably similar to those of the Afrocans.
The current Elder of the tribe is Mustafa after his father Dreisen gave him that position when the latter was called to the front line in the war between the Kingdom of Altago and the Romun Empire. Even after the war, Dreisen is still serving as the General of the Dragon Knights so Mustafa has stubbornly accepted his role.
