Rafe Evelies (レイフ・イヴリーズ^?) is introduced in Ys X: Nordics as a young man who is childhood friends with Grenn, Cruz, and the other kids of Carnac, but left town to earn a living. Upon returning to town, he avoids contact with his family and makes an effort to stay away from home.

While he jokes around and pokes fun like a typical teenager with Grenn and Rosalind, he can be surprisingly mature for his age at times.

Rafe is a young man with a dark complexion, green eyes, and messy light purple hair tied in a ponytail. He wears a white, short-sleeved tunic with a lace-up front under a leather girdle, paired with cropped dark blue pants that have decorative white trim, and brown sandals. He also sports a leather bracelet and a necklace.

A youth with curious attitude. Sometimes quarells with Grenn, but he cares his pal a lot. He has a complicated relationship with his families.

	Ispani Mercenary Rafe lied about his working in quarry. He actually belongs to a mercenary group in Ispani, and thus started a fight with Grenn when he finds out.
	Blood connection His father Dawson dies for protecting him. Facing his dying father who turn back to his past self, Rafe cannot contain his complicated emotions.
