Noriyuki Kamikura (上倉紀行) born on April 26, 1980 in Kanagawa, is a composer and arranger that previously did contract work for Falcom.
He started his career as a composer, arranger, and keyboardist while in college, and has been involved in sound production for various artists and bands. After graduating, he worked for a major record company before joining a music production company. He has composed and arranged numerous tracks across various genres, including video game and anime music.
