Mieko Ishikawa (石川三恵子 ) born on Jan 23, 1964, is a former composer that works at Falcom in a position unrelated to music, as one of the company's directors and the executive manager of design unit.
Ishikawa graduated from the Junior College of Otsuma Women's University and joined Nihon Falcom in 1987. She began composing music for games like Sorcerian and Ys, along with Yuzo Koshiro.
After the company's mass exodus in 1989, Ishikawa became one of the founding members and leader of Falcom Sound Team J.D.K., but she eventually stepped down in 1997 after Sorcerian Forever was released, and Hirofumi Matsuoka took over the position. Nine years later she was credited as a member of the sound staff for the PSP version of Gurumin.
