Masaaki Kawai (川合将明?) is a composer that worked at Falcom from 1989 until 1990.
He composed 6 new tracks for the X68000 version of Ys III: Wanderers from Ys ("Dear My Brother", "Darling Elena", "Introduction!!", "The Theme of Chester", "Chop!!" and "Believe in my heart") and the staff roll theme for the MSX2 version.
