Hydra (ヒドゥラ) is the first Warden of Evolution. He lived in the Ocean Era, when the world was mostly covered with one big ocean.

Appearance[]
Hydra is a blue humanoid being with a long neck and fins, resembling a marine creature. He wears robes that cover his entire body, golden bracelets, and brown shoes.
Background[]
He and his race were living in the sea until the earth goddess Maia created the Great Tree of Origins and invited them to live on land. After they learned of the purpose of the Great Tree to foster evolution through the Lacrimosa, Hydra tried to stop the fate of his people by building Seren Garden. The Tree of Psyches contained within could give him the power to stop the Lacrimosa once it grew enough.
However, the amount of psyches collected in his era wasn't enough and his race was wiped out during one of the Lacrimosa's. As warden and sole survivor, he eventually started to accept the Lacrimosa as necessary.
