Saradhi (サラディ) is a doctor whom Adol encounters while he is exploring the prison city of Balduq. Tireless in her doctoral work, she examines the residents of the slums free of charge and is considered reliable by them.

Appearance[]
Saradhi has dark skin, long black hair, and brown eyes. She wears purple eyeshadow, red lipstick, and gold earrings. As a doctor, she wears a long light-purple coat, skintight dark violet pants, and purple high heels.
As a thief, she wears her hair in a ponytail and puts on a dark purple elbow glove on her left arm that covers her index and pinky fingers. She takes off her coat and ties it around her waist, revealing a small purple top, a floral tattoo on her abdomen, and an armlet and tattoo on her right arm.
Background[]
Saradhi hails from a poor nomadic people from faraway who had to eke out a meager living selling herbs and healing rituals. Saradhi had her fill of destitution, so she left and became a treasure hunter and a thief. The medicinal arts she learned came in handy, as nobody would suspect that a friendly physician could be a thief.
Personality[]
Saradhi is ambitious, independent, flirtatious, and calculating. She can be greedy and prefers not to live her life scrounging for leftovers, which is why she goes after the most valuable treasure. While money was the reason she started stealing, the reason why she kept doing it is because a part of her pines for a thrill, even if she doesn't get a single gold coin out of it.
Ys IX: Monstrum Nox[]
She arrives at the Dandelion and offers Adol and his friends a special prescribed potion as a token of friendship. They ingest the potion because of how sweet it smells, but it turns out to be a sleeping elixir that put them, along with most others in the bar, to sleep. When they come to, Saradhi has disappeared into a secret passageway in the basement of the Dandelion.
After the party corners her, Saradhi explains that she is a globe-trotting thief who is moonlighting as a doctor. She has set her eyes on the Dandelion because she saw through Adol's disguise and thought that the fabled adventurer must also be searching for the secret treasure of the Gllian royal family, but as it turns out, there is no hidden treasure under the bar. She offers to join the Dandelion to increase her chances of finding the hidden treasure, and in return offers her services as a doctor.
Saradhi later locates where the hidden treasure might be by going through some old Balduqian maps and literature, and with the Monstrums' help, finds the treasure hidden in the Grimwald Nox with swarms of Lemures. Since Lemures are born from enmity and negative emotions, the treasure got absorbed into the Grimwald Nox after 500 years of accumulated greed from people looking for the treasure, like Saradhi. Because of the overabundance of Lemures, they had to leave the treasure behind and escape, much to Saradhi's dismay.
At the end of the game, she goes on a treasure hunting journey with Xavier who let her in on another secret treasure from 500 years ago.
