The continent of Eresia is the main focus for much of the Ys series, starting with Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished: Omen. This is where Adol came across the mysterious race of winged people on the island of Esteria and Ys. The origin of this race was kept secret until Ys: Memories of Celceta, where Eldeel explained that there are other winged people in their world. Despite there being several iterations of the same game, the generically known as Ys IV title has mainly dealt with the same region in northern Ispani.
In Ys: The Oath in Felghana, we saw Adol adventuring to Dogi's hometown in northern Garman which is situated remotely to the northern reaches of the Romun Empire.
