Clemant Berge 【Carnac Citizen/Mayor】 The mayor of Carnac, stubborn and harbors a strong sense of responsibility. He kept the peace of the town while negotiating with the Balta Navy. Even though he is Grenn's father, the two seem to butt heads constantly. Decision as a mayor Although he felt grateful towards Adol and Karja, he cannot in good faith work with Rollo and leaves the Sandras. Trust in his son He puts Grenn in charge of rebuilding Carnac. He knows Grenn may not take care of everything, but he still puts his trust in him.
