Cesilica Kentia (セシリカ・ケンシア) is a wandering blacksmith who wants to follow in her father's footsteps, visiting different nations to learn about forging techniques and materials specific to those regions, in hopes of one day becoming the best blacksmith in the world.

Cesilica is a young woman with neatly groomed, silky blonde hair that extends past her shoulders. When she's not donning armor that she forged herself, she's wearing an expertly crafted, demure yet-graceful dress adorned with colors that compliment her complexion.

Cesilica is a courageous and passionate young woman who will do whatever it takes to further her craft. Lashing out when embarrassed seems to be her modus operandi, and she's the type of blacksmith who prioritizes both beauty and functionality when forging equipment.
Ys IX Prequel: The Lost Sword[]
Cesilica meets Adol and Dogi after she is saved from a pack of wolves by Adol while she was testing a new armor she made. She notices Adol's sword Caliocerion and offers to buy it, but Adol refuses saying that the sword is too important for him to sell. From this point on, Cesilica tags along with Adol and Dogi in hopes of eventually getting Adol to give up the sword.
