Biksen (ビクセン) is the innkeeper in Promalock who was first featured in the backstory for Ys I in the original PC-88 manual. When Adol first visited the town, Biksen is the one who directed him towards getting a job with Norton in the harbor. Biksen is also the one to first tell Adol of the legends around Esteria, prompting him to want to go there.
He would later return as an NPC in Ys IV: Mask of the Sun, where Adol would catch up with him on the events of Ys I & II.
