Balta Seaforce

The Balta Seaforce (バルタ水軍 (すいぐん) ^?) is an armed fleet of Normans who have settled on Balta Island in Obelia Gulf. They pillage and demand tolls from ships that enter the gulf and are as feared as the famous pirate, One-Eyed Ladoc of the Medo Sea.

Conversely, those who pay the tolls are protected, with their safety at sea guaranteed. In this way, the Seaforce maintains a certain degree of order in the region, in spite of the nearby territories contested over by Ispani and Romn.
